Privacy Policy — “Binayatna” App

This document explains how the “Binayatna” app (developer: Mohamad Mohamad) handles your data. The app is private by design: all building-management data is stored locally on your device only.

1. Data stored on your device

The following data is stored only on your device and is never sent to the developer or any third party:

• Income, expenses and categories.
• Apartments, residents, services, subscriptions and arrears.
• Building information (name, address, optional photo) and building managers’ names and phone numbers.
• App settings (currency, dark mode).

Uninstalling the app removes all of this local data.

2. Export & import

You can export your data to a file (JSON or PDF) and import it back. These files are created and stored wherever you choose on your device/storage and are no longer controlled by the app.

3. Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase)

The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to collect anonymous usage information to improve the app, such as app-open and feature-usage events, technical device/app identifiers, and crash/performance data. This analytics data does not include your financial data, resident names or phone numbers. Data is processed under the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Permissions

• Internet / network state: used only to send the usage analytics described above.
• Photo access: only when you pick a building photo; the photo is stored locally in the app.

5. Data sharing

The developer does not sell or share your data. The “Contact us” button opens your email app to send a message to mmido80@gmail.com — you send it, and the app does not collect its contents.

6. Children

The app is intended for building management and is not directed to children; it does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date at the top will reflect changes.
